About RCIRENTEX Construction, Inc. (RCI) was founded in 1989 by the Scott and Paula Wingrove. Robyn Allard, their daughter, a Service Disabled Veteran, assumed the role of President and Chief Executive Officer in late 2009. RCI's Management team has over thirty years experience in the construction industry and we are licenced as a General Engineering Contractor "A" in three states. RCI is Certified by the State of California (DGS) as "Small Business Enterprise" (SBE) and a "Disabled Veteran Owned Business Enterprise" (DVBE) and City of San Diego Certified "Small Local Business Enterprise" (SLBE). Our "Woman Owned Business Enterprises" (WBE) status is pending approval with CALTRANS. |
